Asian Green Bean Pasta Salad

 

4 ounces linguini

1 pound green beans, diagonal cut

2 cups celery, chopped

1 cup red bell pepper, chopped

½ cup green onion chopped

 

 

Break pasta in half. Cook according to directions. Add green beans last 3 minutes. Drain/rinse with cold water. Add to other vegetables. Set aside.

 

Dressing:

¼ cup rice vinegar

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 teaspoons ground ginger

½ teaspoon sugar

¼ teaspoon white pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

 

Stir until well mixed. Pour over vegetable mix, toss and chill until serving.
