Baked Tilapia with Onions

 

Serves 6


1-1/2 pounds tilapia filets, skinned
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can French fried onion rings
Paprika

Wash and drain fish. Place in buttered baking dish.

 

Blend sour cream, salt, and garlic powder together. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Top with onion rings.

 

Cover with foil and bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.

 

Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
