Beer Cheese

Allow these to soften:
1 - 10 oz package extra sharp cheese
8 or 10 oz package of Velveeta Cheese
Add:
2/3 cup of beer (to taste)
1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
1 or 2 cloves garlic, mashed (I have used garlic powder)
Dash of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Hot sauce
Mash all and mix well with fork or spatula.
Add hot sauce to suit taste. Start out with less and add more if you like it
hotter, or make two batches, one mild and one hot.
More beer and ketchup may be added to reach consistency of spread wanted.
