Big Jim's Pepsi Chili

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 can (15 oz. size) tomato sauce
1 can (14-1/2 oz. size) beef broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Big Jim's Secret [No Longer] Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 can (15 oz. size) kidney beans, drained
1 cup diet Pepsi
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
salt and black pepper

Spray
3 quart Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Cook beef, onion and celery
over medium high heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain
excess fat.
Add tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, Big Jim's Seasoning, garlic powder,
paprika and cumin to meat mixture; stir well. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beans, Pepsi, hot pepper sauce, cinnamon and
cocoa powder. Continue to simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season
to taste with salt and black pepper.
Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
