Buttermilk Dressing
for
Head a Lettuce Salad

Makes 3/4 cup
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chopped shallot
1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream,
mayonnaise, shallot, chives, parsley leaves, thyme leaves, cider vinegar, sugar,
salt and garlic powder.
Chill for 1 hour. Store in the
refrigerator for up to one week.
