Serves: 6 - 8
3 - 4 pounds pork shoulder
roast
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons apple cider
vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
Trim fat from roast. Place
roast in cooker. Add water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder.
Cover and cook on low for 10
- 12 hours.
Remove meat from cooker,
discard cooking liquid. Pull meat apart using 2 forks and return to cooker.
Stir in 1 - 2 cups of BBQ sauce. Turn heat to high. Cover and cook 30 - 40
minutes or until heated through.
Serve on Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, or as is…
