Carolina Red Pork Sauce

 

Makes: About 2 cups

 

1 1/2  cups apple cider vinegar

1/2  cup ketchup

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

 

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Pour into serving container.

 

Serve at room temperature or chilled.

 

Sauce keeps indefinitely.
