Chesty Puller SOS

 

If you're a Marine, you'll know what we mean!

 

1 pound lean hamburger

2 tablespoons butter

3 teaspoons beef stock powder

1 cup chopped onion

3 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups milk

 

Brown meat. Add butter and onions; cook till onions are clear.

 

Add beef stock powder, flour, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce; cook 3 - 4 minutes.

 

Add milk over low heat and continue cooking until thickened.

 

Serve over 'Burnt Toast' and you'll feel like you're back in the Corps!!!
