Chili Dip

1 pound lean ground turkey

 

1 package taco seasoning

 

1 teaspoon chipotle powder (or to taste)

 

1 can (14.5 Oz) diced tomatoes

 

1 can (15-16 Oz) kidney, black, or pinto beans

 

1 can Mexican-style corn, drained

 

½ cup water

 

 

Brown turkey in a lightly oiled large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

 

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil while stirring gently. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

 

Depending on the consistency you desire, you may want to mash the beans and corn a bit…

 

Kick it up with a shot or two of your favorite hot sauce.
