½ cup reduced-fat cottage cheese
1 scallion, shopped
1/8 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of garlic powder
4 ribs celery, cut into 3” pieces
Paprika, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, scallion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic; mix thoroughly. Spoon into the celery pieces. Sprinkle with the paprika.
