Crock Pot Reuben Sandwiches

Serves 4 - 6


1 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 can (12 ounces) corned beef, cubed
2 cups cubed Swiss cheese
toasted rye bread
mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients except cheese, toasted rye bread, and mayonnaise in 4 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until heated through.

 

Make sandwiches with this filling, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and toasted rye bread.
