Football Party Dip

Serves 6 

 

 

1 pound pork sausage, hot or mild
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup your favorite barbecue sauce.

1 football (Just kidding!)

  

 

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Mix tomatoes, barbecue sauce and cream cheese into the skillet. Stir and continue cooking the mixture over  medium heat until the cheese has melted.

 

Serve warm with chips, Scoops, or crackers.
