Frogmore Stew
Serves 4
12 cups water
¼ cup and 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning™
1 pound new red potatoes
1 pound smoked sausage, bratwurst or kielbasa, 2 inch pieces
6 ears corn – husked, cleaned and quartered
2 pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled
Bring water and Old Bay Seasoning™ to boil in a large stockpot.
Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes. Add corn and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain pot and serve.
