Greek Chicken

 

2-4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless           

½ cup chopped parsley

¼ cup dry white wine

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon oregano

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ ground black pepper

 

Rinse chicken. Put in plastic bag. Pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate 4-6 hours.

 

Cook chicken on grill or in convection oven 15-20 minutes. Turn after 10-12 minutes.

 

[Can make it Asian Chicken: Substitute cilantro for parsley, rice wine for white wine, sesame oil for olive oil and 5-spice for oregano.]
