Greek Chicken

chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
½ cup
chopped parsley
¼ cup dry
white wine
¼ cup olive
oil

tablespoons fresh lemon juice

tablespoon minced garlic

tablespoon oregano

teaspoon sea salt

ground black pepper
Rinse chicken. Put in plastic bag.
Pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
Cook chicken on grill or in convection
oven 15-20 minutes. Turn after 10-12 minutes.
