Fat-free Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Serves 3

 

1/3 cup fat-free buttermilk

˝ cup fat-free cottage cheese

1 ˝ tablespoons lemon juice

˝ clove garlic, minced

3 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped

2 teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

2 teaspoons dill weed

 

Measure all ingredients directly into blender, mix until blended. [Don’t use food processor. Dressing will come out thin and watery.]

 

Delicious with your favorite greens, as a dip for fresh veggies or low fat chips, as a sandwich spread, or on toasted pita bread.
