Grilled Chicken with Roasted Garlic and Beer Seasoning

Serves 4

 

4 chicken breasts, bone-in, skin-on

4 tablespoons Cabela’s Roasted Garlic and Beer Seasoning*

1 pinch kosher salt

1 pinch pepper

1 stick butter

Combine seasoning, salt and pepper and put in plastic bag. Insert chicken breasts, shake to coat well. Put in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour prior to cooking.

 

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Place chicken breasts, skin-side down, on grill and cook for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and grill for 20 minutes.

Turn chicken, skin-side down again, and cook for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, coat meat with butter and allow to melt into meat.

Turn chicken again, and continue rubbing with butter stick until chicken is crispy and thoroughly cooked.
