Grilled Marinated Cobia
Serves 2
2 Cobia steaks, 1 – 1 ½ inch thick
2 bay leaves
½ teaspoon thyme
1 cup vinegar
Prepare marinade by blending bay leaves, thyme and vinegar together. Heat in saucepan to combine flavors well. Cool. Pour into sealable plastic bag. Insert steaks into bag and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove, drain and discard marinade.
Grill steaks over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Serve hot.
