Grilled Oysters

 

Serves: 3-6

 

6 oysters on the half shell

1/3 cup melted butter

½ teaspoon garlic, minced

Salt, Black pepper [to taste]

Parmesan cheese, shredded

 

Combine butter, garlic, salt and pepper.

 

Remove oysters from shell and place 1 teaspoon of the butter mixture in each shell. Put oysters on shell halves and sprinkle each with shredded Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter.

 

Put oysters on grill and cook until cheese is melted and begins to brown.

 

Remove oysters from grill with tongs. Serve hot.
