Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce

 

 
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons yellow mustard

½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon
Horseradish, to taste
 

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill for 2 or 3 hours.

[May be thinned with a tablespoon or two of orange juice for dipping or salad dressing.]

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
