Hot Crab & Shrimp Dip

 

1/2 cup Mayo

1 1/2 teaspoon whole grain mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

1/2 pound lump crabmeat

1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp (1/4 pound)

1/3 cup smoked cheese shredded

1/3 cup sliced almonds toasted

 

Chop crabmeat and shrimp into bite size chunks.

Mix all ingredients together except almonds.

Place into a baking pan and then add almonds on top.

 

Bake at 375° F for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly

 

Serve with crackers or tortilla chips

 

Variations:

 

Use real garlic (maybe 1/2 teaspoon chopped)

Add red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon or hot sauce

Add 1/3 cup more cheese or instead use 1/2 pepper jack
