Jasmine's Mac & Cheese Casserole
1 box (8 oz) macaroni--cooked
and drained
1 stick butter (1/2 cup),
melted
1 pound (4 cups) sharp
cheddar cheese--grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 cup onion--chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup (2 oz) pimentos--chopped
Keebler Town House Crackers, crushed
Combine macaroni, butter and cheese in a large
rectangular baking dish or a 13”x9" pan.
In a bowl mix soup, milk, onion,
mayo, and pimentos. Pour over
macaroni mixture and stir together.
Cover with crushed crackers. Bake at 350° F about 30
minutes.
