Mexican Rollups

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup refried beans
1/2 package taco seasoning
2 large tablespoons salsa
1 can chopped black olives
2 cups cheddar cheese, finely
shredded
1 package 8” flour tortillas
Mix first 5 ingredients. Stir
in salsa and olives.
Spread mixture on tortillas.
Top with shredded cheese.
Roll up and slice into 1” rolls.
Serve cold.
