Serves 10 – 12

 

 

French Baguette

Garlic Clove

Tomatoes, sliced thinly

Basil Leaves

Pepperoni, sliced thinly

Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thinly

Parmesan Cheese, grated

 

 

Slice Baguette on the diagonal into ½” by 3” slices. Brush tops and bottoms with olive oil.

 

Toast each side of Baguette for 1 minute, 3” from broiler. Rub one side of each slice with a peeled garlic clove.

 

Top each slice with:

          2-3 slices tomato

          1 fresh basil leaf

          2-3 slices of pepperoni

          1 slice Mozzarella cheese

          ½ teaspoon Parmasan cheese

 

Bake in 400º F oven for 1 minute until cheese melts.

 

Serve warm.
