Prickly Pear
Salad Dressing

Makes about 2 cups
½ cup prickly pear puree
1/3 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon
3 – 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients.
Chill and serve over your favorite salad.
