Red Velvet Bundt Cake

Elizabeth Wendling, Corolla, NC

 

1 package Red Velvet Cake mix

4 eggs

1 package (3 Ounces) chocolate instant pudding

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

 

 

Preheat oven to 325° F.

Prepare greased and floured bundt pan.

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour evenly into pan.

Bake, center rack, for 55 – 60 minutes [until cake bounces back from touch].

Cool and remove from bundt pan.

 

Dust with confectioner’s sugar OR ice with Duncan Hines Cream Cheese frosting.
