Southern Zesty Chex Mix

3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons your favorite hot sauce
2 teaspoons vinegar
6 cups Kellogg's Crispix Cereal
1 cup Melba toast rounds
1 cup pecan halves or salted mixed nuts

Preheat oven to 250° F.

Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan in oven. Remove from oven.

Stir in onion salt, cayenne pepper, hot sauce and vinegar. Add Crispix cereal, Melba toast and pecan halves. Mix until coated.

Return to oven and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.
