Stone Crab Mustard Sauce

Serves: 4

 

3 1/2 teaspoons dry English mustard [Colman’s]

1 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon A-1 sauce

1/8 cup light cream or half-and-half

1/8 teaspoon salt

 

Beat the dry mustard and mayonnaise together for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency. Chill
