Sour Bean Salad
2 cans navy or black beans (or combination)
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Italian dressing (or other vinegar & oil dressing)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
3/8 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup diced pimientos
Drain and rinse beans, then add remaining
ingredients. Chill in refrigerator about 4 hours before serving. Serves 4 - 6
