Tilapia Dijon Fillets

 

Serves 4

 

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 tilapia fillets

Salt and pepper

3-4 tablespoons bread crumbs

 

 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; mix well.

Season fish with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a lightly greased baking pan/dish. Pour sauce (above) over fillets and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
