Tomato and Onion Salad

 

Serves: 6

 

 

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

½ teaspoon sugar

1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

1 pound ripe tomatoes, sliced (about 3 medium)

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

 

Whisk oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning and sugar in a small bowl.

 

Place sliced onions on serving plate. Place tomatoes in single layer over onions. Pour seasoned oil and vinegar mixture over tomatoes. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
