Uncle Toad’s Eye-Watering Backfiring Chili From Hell

This is actually a deer camp chili… Make it to the recipe if your buddies can handle it. [Of course, judgement rules… Finding out they can’t handle it can get ugly!]

 

1 ½ pounds ground round browned and drained

1 ½ pounds ground pork browned and drained

29 ounce can of tomato sauce

2 6 ounce cans of tomato paste

2 bottles of beer

2 medium Spanish onions chopped

4 cloves of garlic, mashed

1 tablespoons Cumin

1 tablespoons oregano

1 tablespoons Black Pepper

6 ounce can of chopped jalapenos

6 ounce can of green chilies

6 ounce jar or can of cherry peppers

4 tablespoons olive oil

 

Mix everything together in a big pot or crock pot.

Cook on low heat….start knockin’ down the brews and in a few hours the chili and you will be done!!!

 

It’s a proven good chili.
