WORCESTERSHIRE VENISON STEAKS

 

 

Serves 3 – 4

 

 

3-4 venison steaks

 

Marinade:

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ teaspoon onion salt

1 garlic clove, minced

½ teaspoon black pepper

 

 

Mix marinade ingredients and place in a sealable plastic bag. Add steaks and marinate for 3 – 4 hours in refrigerator. Grill steaks over hot coals or broil. Don’t overcook. About 4 – 5 minutes per side is generally adequate.

Serve immediately.
