ZERO-CARB Chicken Wings

These go great with a fresh salad or celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

 

Serves 2

 

3 pounds chicken wings

1 stick butter

6 tablespoons hot sauce

Lawry’s seasoned salt

Peanut oil

 

Cut whole wings at joints and discard wing tips. Sprinkle wings with seasoned salt. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

 

Combine melted butter and hot sauce, mix well and put in a large plastic bag. Add wings and shake bag to mix thoroughly.

 

Serve hot.

 

Note: These will be relatively mild. Add additional hot sauce for increased heat.
